We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post - Express Post. Costs are inclusive in the item prices. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (unless there's some unforeseeable disaster) and Australia Post guarantee next business day delivery within the network (auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-and-express-post-platinum-networks.html).
All parcels will be delivered between 8.30am – 5.30pm to the provided address and larger parcels will require a signature on receipt. Parcels cannot be left unattended. It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If you have missed the delivery first time around, you will be contacted and will have to pick it up from the advised location (probably your local post office). We do not offer direct pickup of your order from our dispatch site.
All international orders are sent using Australia Post - Registered Post International. Cost of shipping will be invoiced as a separate sum calculated after your order has been complied. This amount is only payable through PayPal, therefore all international customers must have a valid PayPal account. The same 3 business days apply to compiling your items, add the international shipping time (usually about 10 days) and that's when you should get your stuff.
